Remote Assistance
Remote Assistance is a service that allows me to connect to your computer from wherever I may be. If you have a question about a program or something that’s going on with your machine, in a matter of minutes, I can take over your machine with a little help from you.
The majority of our Computer Tune-Ups are conducted over the web using this service and our clients are welcomed to watch the work being done or they can give us access and come back to the machine at a later time to find a document on the desktop detailing the work that was completed.
